The Spring House Hotel can accommodate a variety of functions and events, with rooms varying in sizes. The hotel has 50 rooms in addition with its four on-site rental houses and two luxury suites, and its five off-site development, Seawinds, townhouses and one single-family home.
Our professionally experienced catering team coordinates meetings, breaks, buffets, as well as cocktail receptions and formal dining events. We have extensive lawns for outdoor activities. It is a wonderful getaway from the work event.
Victoria’s Parlor is our largest room for meetings, dinner or dancing. We can set the room in a classroom style with 8-ft. tables, banquet style with round tables, or, for a more collaborative event, a horseshoe configuration to inspire conversation.
The Sunroom has an ocean view and is a great room for smaller meetings. This room can be set with four 60-in. round tables, a horseshoe configuration for presentations, or a large conference table.
The Ocean View Terrace, our large outdoor patio overlooking the ocean, is also great for meetings and buffets.
The Dining Room is also used for larger events and retreats. Perfect for larger dinners and events!
All meeting spaces are charged a facility fee. This will include the cost of chairs, tables, linens, projection screens, and extension cords. Any audio or visual needs are charged additional fees.
