Meet The Catering and Hospitality Manager
Ever since I was little, I always looked forward to and loved big parties with all of my aunts, uncles and cousins by the dozen. The planning, the food, the atmosphere, and laughter have stayed in my mind over the years. Ever since I made the decision to study hospitality and event planning at Johnson & Wales University, I have enjoyed every single moment.
I graduated Johnson & Wales with a degree in Sports/Entertainment/Event Management and being in that program took me to all areas of hospitality. With experience working events at Gillette Stadium, internships at private event companies, interning at the Newport Yachting Center, and being a front desk agent at hotels on Block Island, I knew my passion with working with people and making them happy was something I knew I would excel at. This passion led me to the wonderful, tiny, Block Island that I kept going back to summer after summer.
The Spring House Hotel is a one of a kind setting for a destination wedding. I look forward to meeting new clients with their own ideas that make their wedding or event, one of a kind. Whether your special day is an intimate affair or a large elegant party, I will work with you to make sure every detail is how you imagine it.
